These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and Kitchen Resolver, and apply to all services we provide, including kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, cabinet refacing, custom cabinetry, consultations, and any related work.

Kitchen Resolver provides remodeling solutions throughout the Orlando area, with each project tailored to the client’s specific goals and property requirements. Before the commencement of any work, we provide a written proposal that outlines the agreed-upon scope, pricing, materials, and estimated timeline. This proposal forms the basis of our service agreement and may be updated only with mutual written consent. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone services if the scope exceeds our service area, resource availability, or in cases where the site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

All pricing, including quotes and estimates, are valid for a limited period (typically 30 days) and may be subject to change depending on factors such as material market rates or client-requested modifications. A signed agreement and initial deposit are required to confirm scheduling and initiate work. Progress payments may be specified based on project milestones, and full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. Delayed payments may result in work suspension or legal recovery of dues.

  • “Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the person or entity engaging Kitchen Resolver’s services.

  • “Services” refers to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, consultations, or any related work provided by Kitchen Resolver.

Scope of Services

Kitchen Resolver offers professional remodeling services, including:

  • Full kitchen renovations

  • Bathroom remodeling

  • Custom cabinetry and cabinet refacing

  • Design consultations and material selection assistance

The scope of each project will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. All services are subject to availability and geographic limitations (Orlando, FL area).

Estimates & Pricing

  • All initial consultations are free of charge unless otherwise stated.

  • Any quote or estimate provided is valid for a limited time (typically 30 days) and subject to change based on material costs, labor availability, or project scope changes.

  • A detailed contract outlining materials, pricing, and timelines will be signed before the start of work.

  • Any additional work requested after signing may incur additional charges and time.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Orange County, FL.
